Leadership | Pageant Coaching is aindividually focused professional development.
Each session is 1 hour in length and can be virtual or in-person. We focus intensely on the individual's strengths, values, and goals while diving deeper into individual leadership and growth.
Coaching is an extended relationship to ensure goals are set and reached, information is retained, and development is achieved.
My process is strengths-based, using the True Colors personality typology. The process should be full of questions, insight, and challenges, with a few laughs along the way.

3 sessions ($450; $150 per session)
Silver Package
6 sessions ($750; at $150 per session, buy 5 get one free)
Gold Package
10 sessions ($1200; at $150 per session, buy 8 get 2 free)

Hey, life happens. While Karli Sherman Productions does not offer refunds, you will recieve credit for unused sessions or workshops. Notice of cancellation must occur at least one week in advance, and credit must be used to reschedule within a year from the date of the original purchase.
