As the owner of Karli Sherman Productions, Karli is a professional speaker, leadership coach, and pageant coach. She helps companies, campuses, and individuals to level up and grow through professional development workshops, intensive coaching, and keynote presentations.

Karli believes in programming with a purpose and challenging the process to help teams and individuals work better, recruit better, communicate better, and create better human connection. While her trainings include topics like conflict management, organizational growth, and membership/employee retention and satisfaction, - her passion lies in creating better human connection through two focus areas - The Social Excellence Project and the True Colors personality typology.

She is an alumna of Florida State University (Master's in Higher Education & Student Affairs, 2013), the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (Bachelor of General Studies in Arts and Humanities, 2008), and Alpha Omicron Pi sorority. Her areas of expertise and passion include college student development, employee/member satisfaction, True Colors personality assessment, musical theatre, and glitter.

Karli is involved with the Junior League of Lafayette, the 705 Young Professionals organization, and the Lafayette Mardi Gras Krewe de Rio. She was named one of Acadiana's Top 20 Under 40 young professionals for 2020. She volunteers nationally for Alpha Omicron Pi sorority, locally with United Way of Acadiana, and is in multiple mentor programs. She is a graduate of the 2020 Leadership Lafayette Class XXXIII, and of the Peer-to-Peer Roundtable cohort for entrepreneurs hosted by the Small and Emerging Business Development program. Karli is an Organizational Growth Expert with The Social Excellence Project, a SBDC Certified Small Business owner, and is a Certified Facilitator through True Colors International.

 

Involved with pageants for 20 years, Karli is the reigning Ms. USA World Universal. She has also previously held the titles of Ms. LA Cajun Heritage & Music Queen as well as Ms. Louisiana United States 2021.

 

She is a part-time curvy model and actress, a full-time brunch enthusiast, and a proud foster dog mom!
